1 WHAT IS SILVERBOX'S RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 7-day return window for unused and unworn items returned with original tags and packaging. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: Personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.

2 CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

We currently do not offer exchanges. You can use the Style Upgrade Program to upgrade it to a new design.

3 WHAT IS THE STYLE UPGRADE PROGRAM?

Return used SilverBox jewellery between 9 to 12 months from the delivery date along with the original box, invoice, and certificate, and get 50% of the purchase value credited to your SilverBox Wallet.

Wallet credit is not transferable or encashable.

4 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Personalised and gold jewellery may take longer.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom items, it may arrive in separate deliveries.

5 HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹999. Shipping charges may apply to international deliveries and returns.

6 WHAT IS THE SILVERBOX ORGANISER AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The SilverBox Organiser is an elegant, reusable jewellery box that can be added during checkout.

Pricing tiers:

Yes! We ship internationally. Standard international shipping charges apply.
